IStar Capital Ltd (the “Company”), a firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, hereby announces the appointment of Gurjit Lalli as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Executive Officer (“SEO”), with effect from 25 March 2026.

Gurjit brings significant international experience in investment banking, having spent 23 years at Deutsche Bank. He has held various senior roles across Corporate Finance and Global Markets, most recently serving as regional Chief Operating Officer for its Investment Banking division.

He has also held senior leadership roles within regulated financial institutions, including serving as Senior Executive Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer of a regulated entity within Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
