Management: where need be, we step in to inject new talent to the management of our portfolio companies, implement operational improvement plans or optimize key business processes.

Corporate Governance: we help introduce best corporate governance practices, from timely and effective reporting to active board-management interaction.

Capital: we provide access to various sources of financing, usually via co-investing equity partners, and advice as to the best means to tap into financial markets, including at exit.

International Partnerships: where possible, we assist our companies in linking up with international strategic partners to provide both strategic openings as well as potential exit routes.
