Oleg Jelezko
Managing Partner, CEOOleg is responsible for investment strategy and all aspects of operations for the Da Vinci Capital, one of the leading alternative investment companies in Russia and CIS. Oleg has 19 years of investment management, banking and management consulting experience in the UK, Russia and other emerging markets. Prior to setting up Da Vinci Capital, Oleg was a Managing Director at Renaissance Capital, Moscow, as Head of the Equity Structured Products Group, where he built a leading alternative investment and derivatives franchise in the CIS market with 40 people in several teams. His teams were responsible for significant AUM, 30 funds and investment products. Prior to Renaissance, Oleg was a director and COO, responsible for Emerging Markets Equities and Derivatives at Credit Suisse in London. From 1992 to 1998, Oleg worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting and McKinsey & Co in the UK, the Czech Republic and Russia. Oleg’s experience includes investment management, investment structuring, principal investment, and M&A deals in Russia, Europe and South Africa. He was involved in private equity activities, development of equity-linked products, corporate strategy and operational management.
Oleg Konev
Managing PartnerOleg is responsible for operations, portfolio development and government relations. Oleg is an experienced entrepreneur with over 22 years’ experience. At the beginning of 1990s, he developed several businesses within the food and pharmaceutical distribution sectors, including Rosta, the 3rd Russian pharma distributor company, which he sold to a strategic investor in 2006. Over the last years, he has been increasingly active in the financial sector as evidenced by his recent nomination to the International Financial Centre Reform Taskforce, where he provides a key private sector contribution.
Evgeny Fetisov
Managing DirectorResponsible for the deals in the financial services and other sectors, as well as structuring the second private equity fund.
Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Mr. Fetisov worked in senior positions in real estate businesses. During 2001-2003 he worked for McKinsey & Co on projects in the financial sector, metals and mining, pulp and paper. Since 1994, Mr. Fetisov has worked in commercial banks, since 1997 – at the Citibank treasury, where he was responsible for trading in the currency markets and developing structured products for large corporate clients. Evgeny attended Harvard Business School Real Estate Management Program in 2007 and Private Equity and Venture Capital Program in 2010 and graduated from the Finance Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation (International Economics) in 1996.
Eric Maillebiau
Managing Director, Business DevelopmentEric is in charge of business development and operations for the Da Vinci Capital Group companies. He has 15 years of banking and investment management experience in Russia and other emerging markets. Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Eric was the founding partner of CapEos, an advisory boutique focusing on attracting institutional funding to Russia and other CEE countries. Before founding CapEos, he was the head of AIGGRE office in Moscow, from where he was leading AIGGRE investments in Russia and the CIS. Prior to AIGGRE, Eric was a senior banker in the Property & Tourism team at EBRD, with which he held postings in London, Moscow and St Petersburg, and led transactions over the entire CEE region. Throughout his career in investment banking, Eric closed transactions totaling over $700m. He holds a PhD in Transportation Economics from UC Berkeley, a Master in Mathematical Economics from Toulouse School of Economics and is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Paris.
