We are delighted to announce that Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth Fund Limited was the first fund company to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Specialist Fund Market (SFM) on May 29th 2008. Ticker: DVPS LN.

On the 19th of February 2008 the Company through its subsidiary completed the acquisition of shares in New-Jersey based EPAM Systems, Inc. They are independently recognized as a leading global provider of software development outsourcing services. With offshore software development centers in Russia, Hungary, Belarus, and Ukraine, EPAM offers one of the largest resource pools in Central/Eastern Europe and Russia combined with the strongest onsite management and delivery capabilities in North America and Europe.

The Fund raised approximately $90mn from private and institutional investors during a private placement at the end of December 2007. Da Vinci Capital Management focuses on creating alternative investments, private equity and structured products in the CIS region (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Central Asia), and has 20 specialist investment advisors, directors and partners split between Guernsey, Moscow and London.
