Corporate Advisory

A dedicated separate in-house corporate advisory team has been built in 2009. Key focus is on the management of direct investments by selected clients, most of which relate to co-investments in our portfolio companies.

Working principles 
The team concentrates on a limited number of selected projects where we feel we can add value by preparing investment cases in a format acceptable and understandable by international professional investors. We only work on projects either representing interests of our investee companies or projects into which our funds cannot invest due to their own limitations but which we find attractive. Strong advantage of our team is our experience in preparing and structuring investments from an investor’s / Private Equity perspective which allows us to streamline the process and make it easier for external investors to assess and valuate projects.

• Preparation of Information Memorandums, Financial models and other documentation for investors; project structuring
• General project management of investment process, management and scope of work structuring of external advisors (tax, legal advisors, etc.)
